There is actually a hobby of collecting old items like that.(if new)...they are even listed in a flea market collectors guide. HOWEVER, once its used it becomes paraphernalia and IT's ILLEGAL to own. And also illegal for eBay. :wink:

Hopefully the guy was smart enough to clean out the resin before he put it up there on ebay. I don't know, but to me it seems like his so called "friends" he was partying with set him up from the get go to do this to make some fast cash at his expense.

I'm with you on that, Joe. I read that the f*ckwad who took the picture got 2 million-plus. that dude needs to be "outed" in the worst way, so he can get what's coming to him. The average pot possession bust usually adds up to a few thousand in costs and fines... Phelps lost millions. And, yes, Phelps deserves millions, he sacrificed a lot and worked extremely hard to achieve. He's been drug-tested many, many times. He effs up one time in a way that a full 20% of American adults do regularly, and it's suddenly time for a crucifixion. Total bullshit.--->JMS
