Started to write a post on here, realized that it was too harsh, then said fuck it to yourself and decided not to put it up?

Anyone else have any other "have you ever" moments they would like to share?

Then I realize. I don't really care that much to get passionate over the internet. Well, most of the time. So, I just usually avoid certain peoples posts about certain topics. I just ask myself this. "If I were out in public and this conversation were happening, how would I react?"

Most times the answer is "shake my head and walk away".

But I am unsure if anybody else would find it as funny.

I was going to post a "BLAH, BLAH, BLAH" thread just to speak openly about what was on people's minds but then I came across this post. What held me back?... I didn't want to move anymore on the ROCKPAGE "Blacklist". If a list so exist. That and it's like walking on egg-shell's. Make one statement and be turned into the attacking hate- monger... or hurt any feelings. Whatever, thats all.

About 4 or 5 times I was gonna ask, "Who is Ed McDade and Born And The Beanstalk." I've never seen a show flyer or heard of them playing anywhere, yet they're always #1 & 2 on the Top 10 thingy.

Then I delete it because I don't want to ruffle someones feathers...

i always seem to use my backspace key. sometimes, i'll write pages worth of stuff and then re-read it all, and hit the general discussion link at the top of the page without posting. sometimes, the best thing to say is nothing at all.

i think it's best not to burn bridges and i have to remind myself alot on here that i know these people (some of anyway, although, i'd love to meet everyone on here!) and i don't want anyone to think less of me. except robthedrummer. screw him. he's a dumb dumb.

I've wondered, too. I do know Born & The Beanstalk, but have no clue Ed McDade is, or how he's the most popular act among the Rockpage brethren, especially considering nobody seems to know him or have ever heard him play.--->JMS

And as for the original question, I rarely hold back, namely cuz I don't go looking for flame wars or anything, but if someone says something stupid, sometimes it's hard not to point it out. There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone, nor is there anything wrong with raising an issue as long as you're willing to stand behind your point of view. If I post something, I mean it. Take from it what you must. Honestly, if someone doesn't like what I post, it's cool. r:>)

I used to regret alot of my posts because I didn't use those emoticons until like 6 months ago.

I know that initially alot of people took me the wrong way, but now most know that my usual BS and retarded posts are for humour only.
But the sad part is I'm the only one laughing.

Most of my douchery stems from me hitting the pipe and taking my morning vitamins and daily supplements, so thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Alot of times I opt not to post some things because it's not appropriate.
But if I dont, someone else will, so I just sit back and watch it unfold, all the while hitting the old corn cob pipe.
