I'm sure the law enforcement officers who protect and serve our great nation dearly love when some a-hole comes armed with some misinformation and an assault weapon. Way to support your cops by making their job suck even worse.

I would guess from the pic the AR-15 he's carrying is in .223...

And I didn't hear any misinformation from the guy as SongSmith states...

opencarry.org has the laws for every state in plain english.. I consult it often when crossing any state lines so I know where I can and can't carry my guns..

He lives a block away from me lol .. Freedom of speech is a good thing. Simply saying that he is praying for something to happen doesn't mean that he would intentionally do it. It is way to easy to put a play on words and spin them around ..

that's exactly right. freedom oif speech motherfuckers, in action! he didn't say he would do something, he basically prayed for god to smite rendell. all seems fair to me!

I didn't mean misinformation regarding gun laws, the media already reported it was legal in that state, I meant the misinformation the far-right guys are spreading re: healthcare. I had the misfortune of listening to talk radio because the Magic Ipod was at another jobsite... they're still going on about death panels and such.

The fact is that it's completely legal in his state to open-carry a weapon of this type. He was just exercising his 2nd amendment right to carry. However, I'm sure he also did it as a public "stunt" to get attention. Really, who cares? The people don't want this socialized medicine rammed up their asses like everything else. There is propaganda from both sides of the issue, check out the facts and decide for yourself what is right.

Abortion is completely legal, too.
My point is not that he carried a gun, I do that as my right, when I have a reason... I just think it was a dumb thing to do. I have actually dealt with the Secret Service, when Bush 41 visited Penn State, and the Secret Service does not eff around. They had a sniper in Old Main tower, and even the sound system liason was packing. I made a small joke about my boss looking like a Libyan terrorist, YEARS before 9/11. The dude was NOT amused.

I'd like to know from the conservatives:
Would you carry a gun to church? In a hospital? To your kid's school? If the answer is yes, then I have a much more pertinent question... Why are you so afraid?
Also, if I showed up at a Tea Party with my own gun and a sign supporting liberalism, what would you do?--->JMS

I don't think they would either, I know they would. IF everyone got free healthcare and abortions are legal, then what makes you think it would happen?

Planned Parenthood is all for this plan. Why? It will have government paying for abortions. Many, many people find that morally offensive.
