According to a Facebook posting by Randall Amps, Gus G. of Firewind got the gig with Ozzy, replacing Zakk Wylde as guitarist. The Facebook post stated:

"Randall Amplifiers is getting ready to watch signature Randall artist Gus G. make his debut as the new guitarist for Ozzy this Saturday, August 22nd. The concert will take place at the Blizzcon convention and be available on DIRECTV pay-per-view.

Congrats to Gus for landing the gig. It's just sad to see Ozzy anymore as he has become a caricature of the once great frontman that he was. :(
