A friend recommended this and let me borrow it. Anyone ever read this book? Don't. Stupidest fucking thing ever.
The new version now has an introduction by Yoko Ono. It says:
Hi! My name is Yoko Ono.
I'd like you to meet John Lennon.
Thanks again Yoko.
What a waste of paper.

Laugh if you want to, really is kinda funny, 'cause the world is a car and you're the crash test dummy.

hi
as much as i don't like yoko, as beatles fanatic and john lennon fan i have read almost every biography out there bout the band. acording to the bios and even a larry king live interview with paul and george yoko and the other women were not to blame for the break up. they had all moved into diffrent musical directions which had torn them apart. granted the women didn't help cause in the early days with them the women were not allowed at practice or recording sessions. as far as yoko's book i can't discredit her cause after all she is his second wife and mother of his youngest son so she would know him best!

Ditto, and in addition, quite a few of us recently read an in depth article written by a local Beatle expert, which related the very same view.

hi
i'm not saying that the women weren't a factor just that there are other things which also contributed. such as diffrent creative views. i know home life in any band situation is a factor, but so does any creative diffrences they might have had. what ever the case maybe they are still to me one of the greatest bands of all time.
