Actually, in all honesty, the Ravens have had an assload of bad calls against them this year. Seems like this has been a thing since last year. Once in awhile, I'll see them get one of those "Who knows" kinds of questionable calls. You know, the kind that can happen to any team. But all year, it's been just a bunch of bad calls on the Baltimore birds. And in several games, there are multiple calledgosteelers wrote:you must admit they had more questionable ref calls at the crucial times go their wayEyesOfAnguishbassist wrote:Sorry not today, Bengals are still number onegosteelers wrote:Never thought I'd be rooting for the RAVENS but TODAY I am!

I remember when the Ravens played the Steelers in the playoffs, IMMEDIATELY after Harbaugh used his last challenge up, the very next play was a real CLUSTERFUCK! And it leaves me constantly thinking, "WTF happened??? Where were the refs on that one??? What happened to the booth wanting to replay some time???"

I don't care, all I know is the bengals have played very well the last two games, they crushed the Bears and beat the Ravens by a decent margin.Naga wrote:Actually, in all honesty, the Ravens have had an assload of bad calls against them this year. i heard the head coach for the bengals had to cut practice short today. they found a white powder on the field and called the police in. the police saw it was the end zone line and closed the investigation with a comment "they have nothing to worry about, they won't even come close to that powder this sunday."

Steelers are at 6-2 at the halfway point. Exactly their record at this time last year. How did that work out for them, asked an ESPN talking head. Is history repeating itself?
They beat the Bungles, go 12-4, the same as last year, and get at least one home playoff game for winning their division.
At this point, I think they are better than last year, particularly in the rushing game, Mendenhall is looking real quick these days. Willie who?
The Passing game is probably better than last year, and the defense will solidify to a very good unit, maybe not as good as last year, but last year's defense was record setting.

everything you said +1 except you forgot to mention that last year they had the hardest schedule in the nfl and still had a record setting defense and won the super bowl.undercoverjoe wrote:Steelers are at 6-2 at the halfway point.
