A witness said that two men were hunting in the woods in Beaver Township, between Punxsutawney and Brookville. A man shot one of the hunters. The other hunter turned and shot the shooter, according to the witness. The shooter was killed, and the hunter was injured.

guns are not a play toy. this is senseless and completely preventable.

DONT PLAY WITH GUNS. GUNS ARE NOT A TOY!

Just being proactive about posting it before this becomes a 24 page mega-thread with the same five people recycling the same tired points over and over again. Be prepared for arm chair lawyer intepretations of the Constitution, grossly biased sources being cited, and a handful of name calling: That goes for both sides of the debate. :)

That's Grandmaster B! He was Bud Bundy's best alter-ego.

Wow. It is. I didn't recognize him. I'll take that back.

I liked Kelly's name for him, Grandfather P, among others.

I am waiting to see the kind of hunting injuries we have this year. That is kinda nuts with the gun though .

Grandmaster B was cool - I also still say that Christina Applegate is HOT. I saw her on tv here a couple of weeks ago. She looks better now than she ever did ...

I dunno. I'll take this one in stride, and say it's a law of the land kinda deal. If the intial shooter didn't MEAN to shoot the intial victim, call it an accident. If the shooter did intentionally mean to shoot him, call it prevention!

Talk about regressing back to the stone age. That's interesting from an evolutionary/comparative psychology perspective. Maybe they should have pissed on some trees to have marked their territory. Next thing you know, there will be guys engaging in fisticuffs over a female so one can mate with her afterwards because he showed that he had superior genes.

That is a good perspective there, Paul. It does make you wonder the amount of mentality an individual has when you hear about this kind of thing. From a psychological stand point, it would be pretty cool to get into the mind of the persons involved ...
