that is a $100 guitar and this site mostly has experienced guitar/bass players and highly doubt that anyone has a what you call a good bass to trade for that guitar,or would have any interest in a guitar like that.. check @ guiatrs n stuff out your way he sometimes gets in cheap used bass's
