I just decided that I'll take a break (or give a break to Rockpage ) by abstaining from political posting for a while. I don't know how long, I'll have to take it one day at a time.
All I ask is that you remember that whatever undercoverjoe or f.Sciarillo says, I disagree, because they're wrong.

I decided to take some responsibility for my part in chasing some musicians away. Besides, I already know everyone's take on politics and they know mine.

it lasted pretty long last time, but he came back with a vengence. bill, in a 12 step program you'll need a sponsor, somebody that you look up too and want to emulate, sorry but the miles between us wouldn't make me a good sponsor, as that person needs to be able to talk you down from the ledge. perhaps joe..... or better yet... songsmith, its obvious you two spend alot of time together anyway just kiddin bill, good luck and just let me say ....... thank you. from everyone!

If the political discussions were an exchange of ideas, philosophical discussions and fact based dialogs, then I'd still be part of it. But it became name calling, trolling and bashing and the substantive content was minuscule. And I am a guilty as anyone, perhaps more so.
So I doubt I'll be joining any in the near future. Perhaps at the next presidential election, but I will not miss it in the mean time.
