Looking for somebody in the State College, Philipsburg area that can teach me Bagpipes. I have an upper highland set from Scotland and really want to get going on these....
shame not in the altoona/hollidaysburg area. I know a guy who's been playing for a good bit..like a year or so maybe ::shrugs:: but he's good and he loves to practice.
