I wish I had my 1954 Re-issue Stratocaster back. It was a limited edition of 1954 made.

Or my 1991 Studio Les Paul.

At this point, I would say "an amp", but I would have to say my old 5150 212, that thing was a beast, but the speakers were going, so I dumped it.

If only I knew then what I know now...

I don't regret getting rid of any gear. However, I do miss the Eden CX210 cab I once had. I wouldn't say that I regret getting rid of it, though. It was one of the best sounding cabs I've ever owned, but, unfortunately, it couldn't take the watts needed to reproduce a low B on stage. The only way to play something on the low B at performance volumes without clipping the speakers was to run insane amounts of compression. I likes my five strings and the CX's dimensions wouldn't have allowed it to stack well with an XST or XLT 210, so the cab couldn't serve my purposes.

I sold it to 313 to complete his rig and he seemed pretty happy with it. :)

When I was a youngster, we used to have an old mandolin in the attic, I think from the old country (Italy). It had warped with age, heat and dampness. Stupid and destructive tyke that I was, the mandolin got destroyed (after it was badly warped, I don't know if it would have been salvageable). But considering my current interest in acoustic instruments, I wonder if that mandolin could have been salvaged, what it would have been worth, and how it would have sounded if restored.

I wish I still had my early 70s Kustom 150 bass amp just like the blue naugahyde amp in this photo. I bought it new and used it for several years. Back then, Kustom amps came with a lifetime warranty.

I had a Gibson EBO with a bar to raise it an octave, and i used it with a
Fender bassman amp. Bought them in '70 & had to sell them when i got
married in '72 and moved to Florida for a bit. Wish i had em back.

I wish I still had my REAL 1954 strat. I bought it in 1975 for $75. I took it to D.C. and Danny Gatton rewound the pickups, refretted it and set it up for me, so that' two reasons I wish I had it back -- it was a "54, and Danny Gatton worked on it. It wasn't pretty, but it sounded good.
