Local Band "The Front"
Local Band "The Front"
Went to check these guys out Saturday with the rest of the Shallow9 members. Awesome band and a group of great guys. Just wanted to let everyone else know to go check these guys out as they put on a great show with a nice mixture of songs as well.

Yeah man, thanks for the kind words. I know I speak for the rest of the band when I say that we are enjoying playing together now more than ever and we try to give our best at each show. We appreciate you all coming out and hope you had a great time. Good luck to you and hopefully we'll cross paths again.

Hey Andy....so your the one who bought the record huh?RamRod 1 wrote:Hey, I have their "45" hit record "A Girl Like You" from around 1982 or so.
I think it got airplay around the state and placed on some radio stations charts, but none the less, it truly had a "Hit Record" sound and nobody can ever take that away from them..... A great record.

Actually, we recorded it in 1983 and it was a "hit" regionally, being played in several states here in the East. If a few more radio stations would have played it, we would have made billboard hot 100. It's kind of cheesy by today's standards, but it was fun recording it and we got alot of gigs from it. Thanks for the kind words, it's nice to know someone remembers.
