The Van Halen concert for the Bryce Jordan Center on March 26th has been cancelled. No reason was given. I am curious, though.

BJC has already announced it officially. The show is definitely cancelled and no explanation given. They are refunding tickets to anyone who purchased them. If you purchased online or by credit card, you will be credited on your account. Radion stations are also announcing this fact.
I suspect that the VanHalen boys and Dave have already had disputes (as that would no surprise) and would not be surprised if they cancel the tour
given their history. Who knows?

VAN HALEN

probably not big enough of a venue for them....getting greedy is my guess....most buck for the bang (lol)......must be going to back to their US Festival days when they got paid 1.4 million to play something like 4 songs.

Whatever the reason is, I just hope it isn't because of in fighting. The fans don't need that.

And were adamant about no brown M&Ms backstage.

There's a really interesting story about why they did the brown M&M's...

I aways thought the brown m&m's was a clause in their contract to make sure it was being read?

Yeah, I think DLR explained that if the promoter and production crew weren't paying enough attention to something like the brown M&M clause, then they may be negligent when it comes things like dangerous light trussing.

Kind of ironic considering the recent Sugarland stage collapse.

There are quite a few bands who have those type of things in their contracts.

They switched sound providers to Clair Brothers and also switched front of house engineers.
