The Family needs assistance with the loss of my brother

Post by iceman01 »

I was recently infomed that my brother had no life insurance and funeral expenses are in excess of $6000.00. I pray that the community will come together and assist my family with this financial dilema. My brother was a hard working man employed at SKF which closed the doors in December his life insurance was cancelled 30 days after his separation. His wife and five kids are in desperate need of help with final expenses. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. I can be contacted at: 814-940-8810 or 814-207-4539 ......................... the iceman cometh..............................
beware the opposition is coming

I agree: BENEFIT!!!! C'mon Rockpage, let's pull together for one of our own!

One thing is for damn sure...you can count Dropout High in on that. If we cant lend a hand out to Ice in someway we'll most definately be bummed. Ice got us our first shows and got us on our feet in at PeterCs after hearing us practicing in an alley behind his house he walked up to see what all the noise was about. He liked us and got us in there. Ice is a really great friend to all of us in Dropout High and looks past our pacifiers and huggies and is just cool with us, because of the music, and doesnt let our age affect how he acts towards us. We dont post much on Rockpage just due to laziness, but it definately must be said that we feel terrible to hear this and our condolences go out to the Iceman and his family. We'd like to help in any way possible.
I swear by my wrists that we're better than this,
its much more to me than words in a notebook.

I think I can speak for the boys on this one... If we're not already commited on the date chosen, we will help in any way possible.

Plush will definately help out any way we can, but I'm guessing the family's needs are more immediate. If you haven't already, you should call the Blair County United Way and Catholic Social Services. Either may be able to provide some temporary assistance, or may be able to refer you to another agency who can. God bless man....
