Yes, that is absolutely the idea. It's commonly referred to as crowdfunding or kickstarting. Many bands, filmmakers, authors, and inventors do it. We are very excited to be a part of this project, and hope our friends here will help out by at least spreading the word via social media if they can't afford to donate!

Kevin, congradulations on your success!
Once about 10 years ago I was at that bar on Mill Run road for a Rockpage event or something. Being an old burned out fat and grey "60's" bar band guy, I was sitting all alone and you came over to me and introduced yourself to me. Maybe you don't remember but I do.
Thanks and good luck with all of this.

I really do appreciate the offer, Keith, but we already have the director lined up. The project is being produced my a friend of mine in New York who has connections all over the globe. We're not asking Altoona for 10K, we're asking the world for 10k. That's why we are asking for people to at least spread the word and share the link to the IndieGoGo page if they can't donate. The more people find out about it, the better chance we have to raise the money we need.
