Forming a New Band

Post by nighthawk »

My wife (Vocals) and I (Guitar) are looking to start up a new band playing mostly country with some great oldies and or rock tunes as well. To start out we would need bass and drums that are willing to work with us to get this started. We would like to give everything sort of that southern rock sound but playing country type tunes. Reproducing the sound of these songs is not top priority, but we just want to make them fun and enjoy yourself in the meantime. This will be a project that will need a little work but in the end I feel it will pay off with the right people. All we ask for is people with the patience to work things out, drug fee, and no ego's. My wife is almost 30 and I am 37. We have no age requirements. We do not have practice space as of right now, so if you do that would be great!! Right now her and I just practice in our living room. Don't be afraid to contact us as you never know until you try. You just might like what this project turns out to be.
