Major News Regarding Eyes of Anguish...
Good Afternoon all,
We regret to inform you that once again for the second time this month, Eyes of Anguish are now once again without a vocalist. This morning, Justin Gelvin stepped down from the band, citing conflict of personal interests (none of which were of bad or negative choices) and feels that he must move on to something more to his liking - upon his request, we have accepted his resignation, and thank Justin for a brief, yet very entertaining and job well done. It was a pleasure to work with Justin, no matter how short the time was - and we do wish him the best of luck with any future endeavors he chooses to go after.
Due to these unfortunate events, we are forced to postpone this coming weekend's show in Germanstown, Pennsylvania - as well as next weekend's shows - in Martinsburg, Wva and York, Pennsylvaia - as the remaining members of Eyes of Anguish will take a step back, re-evaluate some things, and begin the process of finding a permanent, stable replacement to Justin Gelvin. We are not excactly sure what is going to come of this - as this has hit the home base pretty hard, but nonetheless, the moment we find out what we will do, you will all know..
However, we are looking for a new vocalist again - candidates should be between 18-25 years old, have a good range in vocals between singing and screaming - be capable of writing lyrics or reading lyrics written for them, a strong desire to take this to the next level, and be willing to work within a hardcore band - all interested candidates should also be free of drugs, and alcoholics need not apply - you must be able to practice 3-4 times a week, and be capable of playing out every weekend, 2-3 shows a weekend, and be capable of traveling great distances. All interested candidates can contact Gary Waite at 814.577.4790, or ge.waite@gmail.com - or through rockpage.net - username: Atomikenrtia
Thank you all for your cooperation and support - we hope to have this taken care of, very soon!
Much Respect!

yuck
I've seen this over the years , and it's frustrating , but don't give up.
Also , just some friendly advise from a vet....
Don't put such tight limits on age....You're limiting yourself out of some top vocal talent when you do this.
But , yeah good luck on this....losing members just sux.

jeramy, even you can make me laugh at this fucking series of circumstances hahaha
anyways.. im gonna post this statement, it was made yesterday - basically to give a status as to where things are **please dont flame**
Good Morning all,
We just figured we would take a few minutes out of the morning here, after a weekend of silence and update all of you as to the status of where Eyes of Anguish stands, and all that jazz..
As you all know by now, we have parted ways with vocalist Justin Gelvin, and rhythm guitarist Josh Bobick - both have parted on good terms - and both will be joining brother bands of E.o.A so either way, we can almost assure you, you'll be seeing both Gelvin, and Bobick performing, just not with E.o.A..
We wish Justin all the luck as he is the new bassist for the Harrisburg, PA based From their Eyes - and if you know us, you know that F.T.E is always our first choice to play with, and when we come back we expect to continue our great relationship with them, and continue to throwdown with them all across PA - so wish Justin good luck w/ them..
Best wishes also go to Josh Bobick who joined Burning the Phoenix - you can check Josh out soon w/ BTP
Nonetheless, we have auditioned a new vocalist - and are very very excited about the progress of where things are going, and we may be a few days from announcing a new frontman for Eyes of Anguish - and with that said, as soon as we announce our new frontman, we will continue to bust our asses to come back as soon as humanly possible - which we aim to be in either early/mid June - which is earlier than our previous estimation of July 29th!!! We will as always keep you updated on the status of things w/ E.o.A
We also want to take a moment here and send a quick congratulations to our brothers in The Spectral Facade who recently signed a deal with Fury 76 Records UK and are now going to start working on their first EP, which will be released soon - as well as their first tour, under Fury 76! These boys deserve it, and you should definately check them out - congrats again, boys!!
That's about it for us - things are going great all things considered, and soon... very soon E.o.A will be back, and we promise to be better than ever!
Much Respect!

new singer announced...
At this time we would like to welcome former Sound of Silence vocalist, Kody Thomas as the new vocalist for Eyes of Anguish.
At this time, E.o.A will concentrate on bringing Kody up to speed, and tightening some material, but Kody's debut w/ E.o.A may be May 20th at the Hillbilly Metalfest in Brockway, PA
we'll have more on this when im not too exhausted to type.. damn Curve games going 13 innings - they drain the shit out of you!
