I don't like it when bands that are supposed to be "Christian" play predominantly secular events. Like Pillar and Switchfoot both toured clubs last year. I am not saying you can't be a Christian and enjoy secular events, I just think that bands that have a more praise and spiritual focus should stick with events/venues that promote that sort of vibe.

i agree, but uh - isn't it a christian's job to "go out into the world and witness to the masses of christ's love and compassion" - which would mean through music, I guess they would feel obligated to go into bars and clubs and shit.. just a guess..

I saw pillar play a damn snow lodge, that was quite the experience..

Hey Thanks for reminding me about Creation Fest. Im going to go watch all the Stoned/Drunk girls flash their BOOBIES. I like boobies. They should change this to whore fest 2006. And as well have local acts play there.

They are announcing the "mystery" band on May 23 - let's wait until then and we will all know for sure instead of guessing!

total disappointment for ozzfest i think. couple great bands , but Ozzfest 97 KICKED ASS!!!!!! that was the BEST band lineup ever!
