Bose Car stero.
Put CD in and after 5 secs, or so the message "err" comes up.
Tried a Scotch CD cleaner and still the same?

Was the car warm inside? A cold interior can cause the grease on the CD mechanism to harden up and cause problems.
Otherwise it's repair time.
... and then the wheel fell off.
