electronics part help?

Can anybody tell me the official name for this piece (picture below), and where I might order them? Its a banana jack on one side, and the other just has to be something I can attach to a thumb screw terminal, so it can be a spade, ring, etc. I've tried Newark, Grainger, and Mouser, but so far all I can find are the really heavy duty versions that are around $2+ each. I need close to 100 or them, so I need to find something fairly affordable and prefferably in bulk for a lab I'm putting together for one of our Science courses.

If you don't find exactly what you are looking for, TubesAndMore are blowing out these banana/alligator clips. I have some of these and you can take linesman's pliers and clip off the alligator end to end up with a spade or a ring, depending where you cut. 4 for 15 cents:
