What you used to make compared to today's dollars

We all know that band wages have not increased with the level of inflation rate over the last 30 years.

You can calculate what you used to make compared to today's dollars.

Back through the mid 80's and 90's i lived for free, ate for free, didn't have to pay for transportation or gas. Then i did this stupid thing called "turning 16" and life went to shit from there.

I thought I was the only one to ever think about it! Back in the 80's we made $600.00 - $700.00 a night. Now your lucky if you can make $500.00.
The magic number seems to be $300.00. That'll get ya playing everywhere.

At least we are making more than union scale back in 1975.

$10 for the 1st hour and $5 for every hour thereafter. It guaranteed a 15 minute break per hour, though.
...Oh, the freedom of the day that yielded to no rule or time...
