5 YRS SINCE JOINED ROCKPAGE. HOW MANY FOR YOU?

Post by joltinjeff »

uhhhhhhhhh, what day is it and where the hell am i?
who are you people and what r u doing in my mind?
i feel like im in a box - haha get it - man in the box haahhhhaahahahaha
gee, i thought at one time i was an intelligent, fairly descent person until I started hanging out with some of the nuts that come in here .....
now Im starting to act like you all.

Is that a bad thing? And can you get buzzed without the influence of alcohol or beans??????? That is the more serious question. I dont think I have even made a freakin year yet!!! Oh well, just freakin happy to be here.

The day after x mas Ron gave me the e mail address Tood@rockpage.com

I was soooo proud of that e mail address.....

a week later I ordered a rockpage.com t shirt with the little punk rock dude logo and wore it every weekend when we played......

So I guess 1994 for me too....

Do the first 5 get a prize? maybe our names etched in Aldos bathroom or some other honor? haha....

This got me thinking it's been 20 years this year since I started wasting time on the internet...

back at the campus computer lab playing text based MUD's ...

you had to sit in the back row so the computer nazi's didn't catch you!! haha...

I remember being amazed that I was playing people all over the country....

I actually was visiting and reading Rockpage since 2002 but I did not have the Internet at my house and had to go to the library. I never signed up and started posting until March 2005

My first "official" post is logged as December 2002. I was on Rockpage in its earlier form for several years, when it was just a single-thread forum. I figure I've been around since at least '96 or '97.

I've been around since the days when it was single-thread. I still have to introduce something to JP that wastes his life away. --->JMS
