Local Concert promoter arraigned for theft

ROARING SPRING - A local businessman was arraigned Monday on theft charges connected to a Penn State Altoona fund-raiser concert.

Scott William Stuttard, 45, 204 E. College Heights Drive, Altoona, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Craig Ormsby on charges of theft by deception, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, and deceptive or fraudulent business practices.

No Mr Scott Ripoff Artist used to do the concerts at the Curve, Jaffa Penn State, RR etc. This loser would raise money for events, then bolt with it and not pay the bands. His Alive at 5 was where he got us on money. We worked like dogs on the back end promoting his shit one year under the agreement of $1 per ticket for the help. It was a record year for some of his events and what a shock when it came time to pay up Mr dickface closed up his office in the Brett building and hid. He has ducked every call, letter, email etc that has been sent his way ever since. I talked to his old silent partner who (so he says) has since washed his hands of Scott, that he owes in the 6 digit range to people around Altoona.
He also ripped off IUP for their concert series.

Now he works for Buddy Lee Entertainment or some shit.
