Wade Hayes is one of the best pickers,songwriters to come out of the 90s country boom.Always loved his stuff.Still do.All the best to this talented dude.

wow, thats a shame. I hope the best for him. colon cancer runs in my family. My dad passed at age 60 and his dad at age 60 both of colon cancer. I had a colonoscopy 6 yrs ago at the age of 36 just to be on the safe side. Went to the doctor this year said about getting another, he said "nope, not for a couple more years". I wanna try to break the trend. figuring if Im 42 and only live to 60, 2/3 of my life is over.....way too freakin young man. I am no where near ready to go. for anyone out there, don't wait, get checked. It is embarassing, but what is a little shame to be able to live your life as long as possible, especially if it is something that is preventable.

Wow, this really sucks. I had the pleasure of being backstage and meeting him when he did a show at the last Raystown Regatta. This was when he was starting to take off, but he seemed really grounded, not your typical musical personality. Let's hope he can beat this, he has many more songs to sing.
