alright in the past few days, rockpage seems like it has been a bingo hall full of complaints, bitching, arguing, screaming and the like. And I admit, I have been a part of it - as have most of the RP users to this date, including some of those calling for an end to certain things.. It is with this, that I address some of the issues that I have been involved in, and end them very quickly, even if it means my dismissal and discontinuation of using Rockpage.net.

In the past couple weeks, I have been involved (involuntarily and own my own accord as well) in 2 of the biggest issues that RockPage has seen destroying the harmony that you all once used to have - the issues being, the Vocal Youth thread, and the Creation Fest thread. I brought the VY post to your attention, because I feel what they are doing there is damaging, and when they bring up Rockpage bands, I feel you all need to be addressed.. to this day, it hasnt stopped - a post hasnt been made about it in a few days, but there hasnt been 1 post on VY asking for this to stop. But oh well - whatever. I had no intentions of starting a inter-forum war between Rockpage and Vocal Youth, which is why I myself asked JP to lock the thread upon Dutch's post. Myself and Dutch spoke about that issue at 3:00 AM thru AIM and agreed to it being dead - and so I asked JP to end it. I didn't intend to alienate anyone or make anybody feel vulnerable, and if I did.. please, tell me and I'll see to it I make ammends..

The creation fest post - as out of line and off color as a few of my remarks were, I will stand by my previous statement and say I will not apologize for them again. However I will apologize for alienating those who i did with the "invisible man" comment, I didn't use that with intention of causing harm, or religious persecution. My entire purpose of that post was to raise awareness of a very ugly matter with Creation, in which 2 local users (trucula, and Ram Z) were able to verify, as well as BadDaZeRob. Anyways.. i didn't intend to start the war that I did there, for that I do apologize..

And in the past couple days - we have seen a constant string of complaints, posts asking for a few things to stop, things that I myself have become involved, and a lead player in..

The TV characters.. I apologize for my activity in them, I did not think that some would take this so seriously. I do appreciate the laughter and support that some have given me, and the other guy involved (who will remain nameless). When it started w/ Captain Grammar.. I got involved with the SOLE purpose of being his arch nemesis, and providing you all with some HUMOR in the form of trivial knowledge (albeit a little skewered and off to add more humor.) But I admit.. I myself took it too far, and for that I apologize..

I took part in this, to add the element of humor to rockpage, an element that I feel is very lacking at times on here, and at other times is pleantiful - so I decided to take matters into my own hands, and help out.. I just never knew that the cause would turn into a big mess amongst some of the RP users. And for that I apologize.

It is with this that I will discontinue the use of the following accounts..

Dude, I feel you showed a very imaginative, intelligent and witty side of yourself! If the only true fisherperson who has done nothing but cause eventual abounding discord on this Site doesn't have to leave, I don't see why you should have to, either. I for one, say the riotous laughter you brought forth was your penance.
If you have to leave, I'm out of here, too...how's that for "Liberal, Pinko, Commie" Solidarity? I've reached my limit with "it", and also feel the fisherperson is the only one who has ruined RockPage. I doubt they'll ever say who they are.

I don't always agree with your comments but I stand behind your right to post your thoughts. I think that sometimes we all get a little emotional and it is easy to type things on a PC screen.
