Noise Ordinance

Post by nakedtwister »

Hey people. Just to let everyone know, on Sat. I had a face to face discusion with Sen. Jubalier about the noise ordinance laws. Whether it happens or not he said he was going to look in to it. He took my name and number to get in contact with me so we will see. He said it is a city or county ordinance and not a state deal, which I thought otherwise, but he said it was ridiculous to have a law enstated in which there are know known standards.

It's an election year. He'll look into anything right now.
I love it when a plan comes together.

the law on noise is undefined the way i see it - until they find a way to silence industry there shouldnt be a law on music or anything else.

the current law is about as stupid as "no sex in the champagne room"

It is none of the above. It is a PA Liquor Control Board rule. It is important that he understands that.

Thanks Wolf for the clarification on the subject. I'm sending both Jubalier and Geist a letter about the subject and have also made copies for friends and other musician to mail. We have to keep positive on this to get anything done. All of this anti - govt. bullshit dont cut it. Thanks again for all of the great work you have done for the cause!!!!! :D
