A few I like not previously mentioned:
How about the slick drum pattern including cowbell at the beginning of "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister. I always liked that.
The beginning of "Working For The Weekend" by Loverboy. You HAD to have a cowbell just for that.
Also "Our Love" by Krokus. There is an awesome cowbell going on during the lead solo.
And I'm suprised nobody said "Gimme Three Steps" (live version) because the cowbell in the beginning stages of that song is essential. I guess many musicians would like to forget about that one but it just won't go away!!!!
