Seems like a win either way. If I wasn't playing at one, I'd go to the other.

every time I get my haircut, I come out of the salon looking like I work in a freakin' bank instead of playing in a band That's why I haven't gone to a Barber or hair stylist since 1984. My wife cuts my hair by my specific instructions. If you want Clint, I can get her to cut your hair of you don't...

Anyone know of a hip "rock" hairstylist?

I know I'll get abused for this one...be gentle....lol....but lately, every time I get my haircut, I come out of the salon looking like I work in a freakin' bank instead of playing in a band. Anyone know of a good hair stylist with an eye for the band/music scene?

Hey Bill, I get carried away on snare drums and all things drums too! :D Thank you for the compliment on my drum sound. I work very hard at it, so I'm glad it's coming across well. To answer your questions... The snare did have a really tight grain, that's one of the attributes of the legacy wood (t...

Custom carolina drumworks 6.5x14 bubinga stave snare drum

I thought I'd post this here before posting on ebay. I have a really sweet 6.5x14 custom made bubinga (african rosewood) stave shell snare drum from Carolina drumworks. The drum is beautiful and loud as hell. I'm downsizing my snare collection and this one needs a new home. It sounds great, looks be...

Re: Ricche Music

While delivering the new February Pennsylvania Musician magazines on Thursday night, I noted signage on the door at Ricche Music indicating the store was closed until further notice. Does anybody know if this is temporary or permanent? I know that Dave Potter, the owner/co-owner passed away. He was...

Haha. They're out there. We sold some of them in Japan on ebay for an outrageous amount of money. They love their American bubblegum music!

Hey, I have their "45" hit record "A Girl Like You" from around 1982 or so. I think it got airplay around the state and placed on some radio stations charts, but none the less, it truly had a "Hit Record" sound and nobody can ever take that away from them..... A great ...

Dave saved most of it, but part of the original wall is gone. The original Kook drawing is gone, as well as some of the other crazy stuff. He did his best to preserve it though, God bless him! I'm pretty sure if you scrape the resin off of the walls and door in that room, you could still probably ca...

Yeah, when the walls were pristine, I just drew one small little "kook" on the wall. Then we got more ideas and drew more kooks. Soon it was kook mania. There were alot of funny ones. It turned into the band party room pre and post gig. What a blast! For those of you who don't know who &qu...
